Language deals with what we understand (receptive language) and what we say (expressive language).  Some language goals might be answering 'wh' questions for auditory comprehension or formulating sentences using proper grammar.  Another area of language is pragmatics (social skills).  We also might work on increasing vocabulary by learning new words or exploring the relationship between words/concepts.
